Mortgages

Mortgages are not available on a fractional purchase given the nature of multiple owners having ownership on the title. A mortgage would make everyone jointly and severally liable for each others mortgage payments and we could never allow a purchaser to enter a contract that could result in them losing their property due to the issues of another owner. This is why fractional is a cash product for now. You can however use a personal loan given the very low cost of some of the fractional we have on offer.

Mortgages are offered by the developers we work on a traditional full purchase and the client is only responsible for their own payments. The type, cost and length of mortgage offered by our developers are ever changing and we would ask that you make contact with us with your requirements so we can check with the developer on your behalf what the lending and repayment criteria will be. Our developers currently have mortgages on offer up to 100% loan to value with interest only periods and repayment terms up to 35 years but the norm is generally around 70% loan to value with periods around 20 years.

We do not act as mortgage brokers and take no fees from our developers if you take a mortgage with them. You will be dealing directly with the developer or their bank and will have to decide for yourself if having a mortgage is your best option. We are though here to help.
