How does Fraction Ownership work?

These calendars are crucial and have to be innovative and flexible enough to cover Ski, Golf, Beach and Full Winter user as well as allowing two single week periods in the low seasons for maintenance and repair of the property to take place without inconveniencing the fractional owners. Over Winter Calendar

There are many who long to get away from the UK winters to a warmer destination. Most will return to the UK for the summer leaving the property empty for long periods or trying to rent it out to cover some of the costs. This calendar allows a client to buy a 1/2 share of the property giving them 24 weeks use in one block over the winter. We are mindful that clients may want to have a further holiday in the summer so we allocate the winter user two weeks of summer time also. We then sell the remaining two 1/4 to sun worshippers who will get 12 weeks use over the summer period in two week blocks.
Weekly Calendar

This calendar allows for resorts that dictate shorter but more regular stays. This calendar is very popular with golf resorts where the main attraction is to get away for a few rounds of golf and some pampering at the spa centres. A week at a time is ample usage but the calendar still allows for the whole of Christmas and New Year once in each calendar cycle.
Two Weekly Calendar

This calendar allows for resorts that would dictate two weeks use all year long. This may well be ski locations in Canada or the USA where distances dictate a longer stay or more temperate climates where sun holidays can be taken all year long.
Combined Calendar

This calendar is specific to a Ski area that will also have summer use, maybe golf or beach. Our lifestyles dictate that we generally take a ski holiday in Europe by the week but would go away in the summer for two weeks. This calendar allows for this by giving single weeks in the winter and two weeks in the summer.
