We will arrange a visit to the development if this is appropriate. In the majority of cases the developers will offer a subsidised viewing trip as well as collection from the airport and guided tour of the development, properties and local area. On some developments this will be carried out by our own staff members.

Once you are happy with the development choose which Property that most fits your requirements.

Complete the developers Reservation Form and pay to the developer the Reservation Deposit. You will normally require proof of ID and a passport.

The developer will produce the sales contract for signature.

Once your due diligence is complete you sign the Sales Contract.

Depending on whether the property is off plan or complete will determine the payment schedule within the Sales Contract and when occupation will take place.

Once the final payment is made the paperwork is registered to allow you to take ownership and the keys.

If you have requested via us or the developer to have the property furnished this will be supplied after payment in full.

If you would like the property managed you will be able to complete the formalities with the management company.
